Ryan Rosen
Founder, Creative Director
Ryan founded Friendly Futures to fulfill his mission of bringing people together in healthy and joyful ways. His background integrates architecture, political philosophy, youth arts education, community development, sports coaching and physical training. He is a big fan of saying hi to strangers, stretching at the airport, and beating his elderly buddies in backgammon.

Yoshi Rothman
Partner, Director of Operations
Dr. Yoshi noticed the bright yellow plaything from his parents house, and came to Ryan saying let’s work together to create more friendliness! As a practicing pediatrician, Yoshi is our in-house expert on childhood, bringing a unique vantage point in helping our mission of inspiring more serious sillyness. He loves reading philosophy books and capture the flag and painting with his feet.

Ethan Lew
Partner, Director of Media
Ethan encouraged Ryan to found Friendly Futures, advised as the first Friendly Design came to life, and quickly after dived into the water with Ryan. A talented filmmaker and storyteller, Ethan amplifies our mission through various media channels, helping it reach a larger audience. He is a fan of the NY Giants, constantly traveling around the world, and playing basketball on 8’ hoops so that he can dunk.
